Why I use AI images on this site

I want to be upfront and honest - I’ve used AI generated imagery on this website.

Why? To spend more time working on ceremonies.

Professional photos you see online often spend time in an editing program before they reach your screen. A crop, a tweak to the lighting, a little retouching. As a graphic designer, I know about the long hours spent with the photographer trying to get my vision across so I have photographs to work with. And how much work can go into making a picture look effortless. I’ve spent looooong hours nudging things a pixel to the left, then nudging them right back again.

These days, I use AI to create most of the images on my website and branding. Just my website and branding. It gets me to an image I’m happy with much faster.

And those extra hours that I’ve saved?

I get to spend them on finding the right words and the right flow that feel like you for your ceremony.
